Getting started

How does the skin assessment work?

You answer a short set of questions about your skin, your routine, and your goals. It takes a few minutes and gathers what a licensed provider needs to review your skin.

Who reviews my information?

A licensed provider reviews every assessment and determines whether treatment is appropriate before anything is prescribed.

Do I need a prescription to start?

No. You complete the assessment first. If a provider determines a prescription treatment is appropriate, they prescribe it as part of the review.

Treatment and care

How long until I see results?

Skin changes gradually. Most treatments are designed to build visible improvement over weeks of consistent use, with results continuing over time.

Can I adjust my treatment over time?

Yes. Your treatment is reviewed and adjusted as your skin responds, so your care evolves with you.

What if a treatment isn't right for me?

A provider may determine that treatment is not appropriate. If so, they will let you know and, where possible, suggest next steps.

Orders and shipping

How is my treatment delivered?

Prescribed treatments are fulfilled by a partner pharmacy and shipped to your door. Over-the-counter products ship from our shop.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping timelines are described on our Shipping page. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

What is your return policy?

Return eligibility is described on our Refund and Returns page. Prescription items may be subject to different rules than over-the-counter products.
