Standard shipping within the contiguous United States typically arrives within 3–7 business days after an order ships. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Exact methods and timelines will be confirmed before launch.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, and any thresholds for free shipping, are shown at checkout. Final shipping rates are pending confirmation before launch.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also view order status by signing in to your account.
5. Prescription Shipments
Prescription treatments are fulfilled and shipped by a partner pharmacy. These shipments may follow different timelines and handling requirements than over-the-counter products, and may require delivery confirmation.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Hello You is not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
7. Delays
Shipments may occasionally be delayed by carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. We will help resolve delivery problems where we can.

We currently ship within the United States where Hello You and its partners are authorized to operate. Serviceable destinations will be confirmed before launch.
