2. Over-the-Counter Products
Unopened over-the-counter products may generally be returned within a defined window of delivery for a refund of the product price. Products must be in their original, unused condition. The exact return window will be confirmed before launch.
3. Prescription Treatments
For health and safety reasons, prescription treatments generally cannot be returned or resold once they have shipped. If there is a problem with a prescription order, contact us so we can help resolve it.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within a reasonable time of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund for the affected item.
5. How to Start a Return

6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. It may take several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Opened products, used products, and prescription treatments are generally not eligible for return except where required by law or where the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
